直通章丘！这条地铁线让章丘未来可期丨New metro line brings chances to Zhangqiu
Zhangqiu district in Jinan's eastern area has a history of 8,000 years and has a large number of intangible cultural heritages such as Zhangqiu bangzi, a wooden clapper opera, wuyinxi, a traditional opera and xinzi, a traditional form of juggling that originated during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644).
章丘的历史可以追溯到8000年前。这片土地有着深厚的文化历史传承，章丘梆子、五音戏、芯子被评为非遗。

虽处于山区偏壤之地，但这里自古以来信息并不封闭。通往莱芜的高铁正如火如荼建设，绣源河、危山、小东山公园和百脉泉公园以及后期的明水古城和乡村旅游也带动章丘旅游产业和夜经济发展。如今，一条新的地铁线路——8号线又将为章丘带来新的改变。
A new metro line is planned to be constructed in Jinan, connecting Zhangqiu district with the city's central urban area, according to the Jinan natural resources and planning bureau.
据济南市自然资源和规划局网站公示，计划建设中的济南地铁8号线将是连接济南主城区与章丘区的重要线路。
The first phase of the Line 8 project will cover about 63 hectares and span 22 kilometers. From Xingcun Station to Shandong University Station, the line is planned to include 12 stops.
8号线一期工程用地面积约63公顷，全长约22公里。从邢村站到山东大学站，该线路共设车站12座。
The project will take six years to complete and will cost 11.83 billion yuan ($1.87 billion).
该项目建设工期为6年，投资达118.3亿元。
The line will link the Jinan Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and universities, research institutes and industrial parks such as National Supercomputing Center in Jinan, Shandong University Longshan Campus and Shandong University of Finance and Economics Shengjing Campus.
地铁8号线串起山东自贸区济南片区，沿途各类高校、研究院所、产业园密布，更有国家超算济南中心、山东大学龙山校区、山财大圣井校区等重量级院校和科研机构。
It will become an important transportation line connecting the city's eastern region and the central urban area.
它将成为连接济南东部新城和济南主城区的一条重要主干通道。
